Call to order: Meeting called to order at 6 PM by President John Snyder

Treasurer’s Report:

Checking Balance: $3663,22

Savings Balance: $2561.51

Treasurer Sherri Mossey resigning as of first of the year, we are looking for a new treasurer. Anyone interested please contact John Snyder.

Membership – Sue reported that we need a president and treasurer

Promotional Committee: A group of volunteers worked a table at the Sharon Springs Harvest Festival. This was well received and numerous pamphlets were given out as well as information shared about our community. It was felt this event was worth attending and should be attended in the future.

Village Pride:  Canajoharie Village Park will be decorated on 11/21 for Xmas. 2 more ornament decorations were purchased through volunteers.

Signs at the Riverfront:  Dolores Jacksland reports that Bruce Hall has given an estimate of $370 to refurbish the sign and add spots for 4 additional businesses. Motion to complete the work was made by Phyllis Lapi and seconded by John Snyder, everyone was in favor.

The chamber sends out a big thank you to those who assisted in the Fall decorations, Fire Department, Brotherhood antiques, Twenty two, Harry’s Pottery, Jeff Swartz and anyone we may have missed, everything looks great!

Additional Items Discussed:

Guest Speakers: Matt Ossenfort, County Supervisor, Chief McFadden and Mayor Avery attended the meeting to present on recent concerns of individuals being re-located to this area by the county. Zoning was explained as well as updates on Beech Nut. Thank you to these guests for taking time out of their busy schedule to present and answer the communities questions.

Meetings: Meetings to be held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Next Chamber meeting 11/10/15 6 PM at Arkell Center.
