Call to order: Meeting called to order at 6 PM by President John Snyder
Minutes: Previous minutes read by secretary, motion to approve made by Sue Barker and seconded by Carl Marucci.
We are looking for a new treasurer. Anyone interested please contact Sue Barker.
Elves night out, advertising needed. Janine Nelson will contact firemen’s site, Al will place on website, Phyllis Lapi to contact Pennysaver.
Cookies are needed to be given out by Santa. If each volunteer could make 2 dozen cookies to be delivered to the library by 3:30. Contact Sue Leavitt if you are interested in donating.
Membership: Sue Barker reported that Phyllis Lapi has agreed to be president. Still looking for a treasurer. Positions will be voted on at December meeting.
Terms are for 3 years
Promotional Committee: Focus on Elves night. Reminded everyone that 11/28 is shop local day. Businesses are encouraged to offer coupons or promotions on this day to encourage local shopping.
Suggestion was made to look at “chamber checks” other communities have done this, they are like gift certificates to be used only at businesses that belong to the chamber. Perhaps this is an idea that could be used next year.

Village Pride: Canajoharie Village Park will be decorated on 11/23 for Xmas.
Other new Business-Floor opened to other businesses
OFA-reports they are celebrating their 40th anniversary, they have carried out a successful 40 for 40 campaign fundraiser. They are hosting a wrap up celebration on 12/3 at St.Mary’s Carondolet Pavilion.
Cutting Crew hair salon – Jenn the manager was introduced to the group, members are encouraged to visit this business.
Johnstone’s Floris t- Annual Holiday open house 11/22/15 from 10-4
