Membership: Membership letters have gone out. We hope everyone will renew, remember you can complete your membership on line on our website.
Fundraising: Suggestion was made that we look at holding some kind of event on the same weekend as either the Sharon Springs garden party or Harvest Festival, as many people would be passing through town. Idea was to have antique or craft vendors in the Wagner’s corners parking lot. This will continue to be looked at.
A junk in the trunk was suggested, Harry Barse to discuss with Liberty to make sure we don’t conflict with their event.
A fundraiser is needed if anyone has suggestions or ideas, we would welcome them.
Other: Montgomery County Office for Aging is looking for accessible office space in Canajoharie if anyone has suggestions please contact Dave Jordan at OFA.
Harry Barse shared a handout about himself and his interest in becoming village trustee.
It was shared that the Canajoharie Prom is 5/4/19 and donations are needed to the post prom party held at the school. This is truly an important event for our kids.
